POw #7 Kids who skip school Reaction

I think this article isn't really making a point to what they want to make clear. I think that's a violation of their privacy and it's the kids lives and they should do what they want not be forced to do what they don't want. Maybe a few warnings may stop them to skip school, they shouldn't go all fancy at it and track them (that's crazy). If they skip school and don't do anything then that's their problem, if they don't graduate and be successful in life because they skipped school then that's their problem. Parents, teachers (staff) are concerned because they want the best for their kids/ students. So I completely understand that part, but seriously..gps? That's ridiculous.

POW#6 Restaruant review

I went to go eat a Smash Burger, I heard from a lot of people that, that place was like one of the best hamburgers places they've ever tasted. So I was curious about how the hamburgers actually tasted and I went to go try it and it was actually pretty good. I like how they have choices you can eat from and they even have a "Create your own" hamburger and its good cause you can choose what you want your hamburger to be like. It is very delicious, the meat is awesome everything is basically FRESH! On a scale from 1 to 10 i would probably give it a 10. The atmosphere is great, it's very clean there's always somebody cleaning up and the employee's there are very friendly and nice. There service is pretty good too, it's not too slow or too fast, I would rather wait a little longer for my hamburger just so I would know it's FRESH. So overall, I would definetly recommend eating at this place! Everything about it is great!

POW #5 Irony

The scene in which John reads Romeo and Juliet demonstrates the power of conditioning. Even though Helmholtz is fairly unorthodox,

I would say this would be verbal irony because he saying something but trying to describe it in different kind of way.

He’s trying to say that he sort of thinks he’s in love, even if he doesn’t really know the meaning of love he thinks he falling for her because while she’s passed out not doing anything he keeps on admiring her telling her how beautiful she is without even wanting to touch her. I think John likes her but he doesn’t know it yet.

POW #4 Movie Review "Casino Royale"

Here is a movie that will knock your socks off! If you like blood, action, peoples heads blown off, mystery and suspense then the movie Casino  Royale will be the perfect movie to watch! The handsome Daniel Craig "James Bond" is the main character in this film. In his first mission, James Bond must stop Le Chiffre, a banker to the world's terrorist organizations, from winning a high-stakes poker tournament at Casino Royale in Montenegro. This film is mind-blowing, it was filmed in London, all the scenes in this movie are amazing.

Some of the most interesting parts of the film are the crazy incredible mouth dropping stunts! Everything about this movie is incredible, the driving scenes, the killing, and all the mystery it all just gets to you. It will grab your attention even in the beginnning of the film, it is action all throughout the beginning and until the end! Even if this is a 2006 film it is worth watching!

POW#2 Satire

• It's making fun of all the scary movies they have made
• They're hiding it with humor and making it funny and not scary. Kind of like saying how stupid the directors are for making lame scary movies like that.

Pow #1 ME

The Origin of my name comes from Greek, it means the follower of Dionysus (the god of wine) I actually like my name a lot. A lot of people don't really have my name and I never have trouble with having the same name as anyone else in class when I'm in school so it makes it easier for teachers. My mom actaully named me after the nurse that was taking care of her after she gave birth to me. My mom said that she saw something really good in that nurse, almost like if it was to be an angel. The nurse took really good care of my mom and my mom just happened to like her because of how sweet and generous she was to her. I like my name, I really have never met anyone who has the same name as I do. I think it's pretty cool so I thank the nurse and my mom for helping them choose out a name for me! (:
